Job summary

MedSpeed is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, field-based roles in Indianapolis, IN onsite. You will own the process from sourcing through onboarding and collaborate closely with field hiring managers and HR to deliver tailored recruiting solutions.

This role requires 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on, high-volume recruiting experience.
• Ability to build partnerships with mid-level managers to align talent with business goals.
• People-centric with professionalism and strong first impressions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume field roles from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with field hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver tailored recruiting solutions.
• Manage candidate pipelines with detailed notes and momentum.
• Coordinate resume screening, phone interviews, and scheduling to keep hiring efficient.
• Proactively source candidates using creative outreach and modern recruiting platforms.
• Collaborate with HR to streamline background checks and onboarding.
