Job summary

MedSpeed is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support high-volume, field-based hiring for operations roles at our Somerset, NJ site (onsite). You will serve as the main contact for candidates and partner with field hiring managers to move from sourcing through onboarding.

Requirements include 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, strong partnerships with managers, and excellent communication. You will use Jobvite and MS Office in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on, high-volume recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience partnering with mid-level managers to align talent strategies with business goals.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for high-volume field roles from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with field hiring managers to understand team needs and define role requirements.
• Manage candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system with accurate notes and momentum.
• Coordinate resume screening, phone interviews, and interview scheduling for a smooth hiring experience.
• Proactively source talent using creative outreach and recruiting platforms.
• Collaborate with HR to streamline background checks and onboarding for new hires.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-energy recruiting team and support additional projects.
