Job summary

MedSpeed is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume field roles nationwide. You will partner with field managers, source top talent, review resumes, conduct interviews, and guide candidates through onboarding to ensure a seamless experience.

As a key member of a fast-paced, energetic recruiting team, you will manage candidate pipelines in our ATS, coordinate background checks with HR, and contribute to continuous improvement in recruitment

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on, high-volume recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated success in developing partnerships with mid-level managers to align talent strategies with business goals.
• Energetic and people-centric professional who creates impactful first impressions and represents the organization professionally.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume field roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with field hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and deliver tailored recruiting solutions.
• Manage candidate pipelines through the applicant tracking system, maintaining momentum and providing a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate and execute screening, phone interviews, and interview scheduling to drive an efficient hiring process.
• Proactively source talent using creative outreach and modern recruiting platforms to find the best candidates.
• Collaborate with HR to streamline background checks and onboarding for new hires.
• Support a high-energy recruiting team with a collaborative mindset and willingness to take on special projects.
