Job summary

MedSpeed is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to own the full-cycle recruitment for high-volume field roles. You will partner with field managers to tailor recruiting solutions and manage candidate pipelines with a strong emphasis on a positive candidate experience.

The role requires visiting MedSpeed hubs monthly (e.g., Eden Prairie MN, Rochester MN, Milwaukee WI) and coordinating with HR for smooth onboarding while contributing to a collaborative recruiting team focused on impact.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on, high-volume recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume field roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with field hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver tailored recruiting solutions.
• Manage candidate pipelines in ATS, maintaining momentum and positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate screening, phone interviews, and scheduling to ensure a seamless process.
• Proactively source talent using creative outreach and modern platforms.
• Collaborate with HR to streamline background checks and onboarding.
• Foster a collaborative, high-energy recruiting team culture.
• Take on additional tasks and special projects to drive growth.
