Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job postings, social media, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Provide guidance and feedback to candidates through the process.
• Engage with community partners and attend local networking events.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance recruitment outcomes.
