General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Systems Technician III to install, maintain, and troubleshoot information systems and related hardware in Panama City Beach, FL.

You will support end-user computing, assist with software/configuration, and provide user training as needed. You will lead and mentor junior technicians, maintain up-to-date knowledge of desktop support technologies, and participate in special projects to improve IT operations.

Formación

• Education: High School diploma and 5+ years of directly related experience OR Associates Degree and 3+ years of directly related experience
• Experience with end-user computing and customer support required
• Strong written and oral communication and excellent customer service skills

Responsabilidades

• Provides installation, maintenance and troubleshooting support of information systems applications and related peripheral hardware.
• Provides software and system troubleshooting and support; mentors less-experienced technicians; participates in special projects as required
