Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Systems Technician to support critical DoD IT environments.

You will install, maintain and troubleshoot desktop computers, servers, VoIP phones and related hardware, while coordinating deployments and keeping network systems secure. The role requires 5+ years of experience, an active DoD IA certification (Security+ CE minimum), and a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; 5+ years of related experience.
• DoD IA Certification: CompTIA Security+ CE minimum.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required; US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Provide installation, maintenance and troubleshooting support of information systems applications and related peripheral hardware.
• Unix and Windows hardware support and troubleshooting for PCs and related systems.
• Install and upgrade computers, printers, scanners, phones and other hardware.
• Configure devices, manage security settings and protocols.
• Coordinate deployment of deliverables and products.
• Participate in administration of multiple critical network systems.
