Job summary

Atlas Technica is seeking a Systems Engineer to join the onsite Support team in Austin, TX. This hands-on, client-facing role provides dedicated onsite IT support within a client environment, troubleshooting issues, managing tickets, and ensuring security and documentation standards are met.

The ideal candidate has strong technical troubleshooting, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Onsite only at the client location in Austin.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT experience in desktop support, Systems engineering, or related tech environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; professional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated onsite IT support to client users.
• Manage and resolve support requests via the ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues across Windows, Office, devices, and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Teams).
• Assist with systems administration across Windows Server, AD, GPO, identity and endpoint-management.
• Escalate complex issues and collaborate with Atlas Technica resources.
• Maintain ticket notes and client environment documentation.
• Follow security standards and change-control procedures.
• Communicate status and resolution to users and stakeholders.
