Job summary

MSP4, LLC is seeking a Systems Administrator (L3) to own day-to-day administration of client infrastructure across multiple sectors, with 50–1500 user environments and compliance requirements (CMMC L2, NIST 800-171, SOC 2).

This onsite role covers Windows Server, virtualization, storage, Veeam, and Microsoft 365/Azure, with regional travel up to 10%. You will escalate to Senior Engineering and ensure audit-ready runbooks and documentation, while maintaining strong client communications.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of systems administration in a multi-client service delivery environment.
• Hands-on Windows Server operations including AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and PKI basics.
• Production virtualization with VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper‑V.
• Experience with SAN/HCI storage, Veeam backups, and Microsoft 365/Azure administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server environments with AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and PKI basics.
• Operate VMware vSphere or Hyper-V clusters and manage VM lifecycle and HA/DR.
• Run SAN/HCI storage across NetApp, Pure Storage, Nutanix, or vSAN.
• Manage Veeam Backup and Replication, verification, and restores.
• Execute network change at defined scope including firewall rules and VLANs.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure tenants including Intune and Conditional Access.
• Perform operational SQL Server work in support of ERP applications.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and change records.
