Qualifications

• Experience in IT system administration and cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with Motorola ASTRO 25 LMR systems is a plus.
• Ability to manage incidents, troubleshoot, and document cases thoroughly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary support for LMR Zone Core equipment and related devices.
• Manage system maintenance, patching, and reboots.
• Ensure backups are transmitted/received between servers and BAR servers.
• Collaborate with MS leadership and USAF engineers on MTN applications.
