Motorola Solutions is seeking an Onsite System Manager for Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms, responsible for maintenance and support of a large-scale LMR system, with a standard 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule and occasional off-hours for critical events.

The role requires deep knowledge of Motorola ASTRO 25, P25, AES encryption, OTAR operations, RF theory, and strong troubleshooting. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance are mandatory.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required and ability to obtain security clearance.
• CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent within six months.
• Experience with Motorola ASTRO 25 LMR systems and RF equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and support LMR Zone Core equipment and backups.
• Perform daily first-level troubleshooting and case management.
• Coordinate system maintenance and patching, manage reboots.
• Assist with system integrations and remote site work.
• Produce administrative reports for management and customers.
