Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a System Manager/Technical Consultant to coordinate maintenance under the Maintenance Agreement with the local service provider and expand MSI’s role with the customer. You will work onsite at the customer location five days per week, ensure contract compliance, and document actions and system status.

Ideal candidates have telecom/land mobile radio experience, strong incident management, and the ability to collaborate on SOPs with stakeholders; travel is under 10%.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating maintenance with service providers.
• Strong incident management and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of multi-site radio communications systems.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite at customer location five days per week.
• Coordinate service activities and ensure contract compliance.
• Support the service provider in tasks defined in the maintenance contract.
• Document action items and system maintenance history.
• Maintain knowledge of the customer system and upgrades.
• Attend meetings to review performance and issues.
