Job summary

Episcopal Community Services is seeking an Assistant Support Services Manager to oversee the Support Services program at a designated housing site in San Francisco. This fully onsite, client-facing role involves in-person case management, supervision of staff, and collaboration with the Housing Services leadership.

Qualifications

• MSW or MA in psychology, counseling, or social work preferred.
• LCSW or MFT license preferred.
• At least two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with homeless/very low income adults preferred.
• Spanish language ability desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise case management site staff, including scheduling and payroll.
• Maintain a resident caseload and provide case management.
• Perform initial intake assessments and move-in reviews within 3 days.
• Provide on-site case management and connect residents to resources.
• Develop and oversee programs, groups, and community activities.
• Facilitate weekly therapeutic/psycho-educational groups.
• Maintain confidential, accurate documentation and monthly stats.
• Coordinate with external providers and City contracts as needed.
• Attend meetings and assist with program operations and reporting.
