Job summary

Episcopal Community Services (ECS) is seeking a Support Services Manager to develop and oversee the Support Services program, supervise staff, and ensure contract compliance. This full-time onsite role coordinates social work for residents and ensures reporting is completed accurately.

The position requires a Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field, with licensure (MFT or LCSW) strongly preferred, and at least five years of leadership in social services,

Qualifications

  • At least two years of supervisory experience required.
  • Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field preferred.
  • Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (MFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with homeless and low-income individuals is preferred.
  • Direct work experience related to mental health, substance abuse, domestic violence, HIV/AIDS, or child welfare considered first.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong crisis intervention knowledge and social services/mind health resources knowledge.
  • Ability to facilitate effective support groups and other group activities.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience supervising staff.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the Support Services program and budget.
  • Supervise Support Services staff and provide regular clinical supervision.
  • Ensure contract compliance and reporting protocols.
  • Collaborate with partnering agencies and coordinate social work for residents.
