Job summary

Vallen is seeking a Supply Chain Services Associate to perform hands-on inventory, vending, and VMI tasks onsite with customers. The role emphasizes accurate stock management, adherence to service standards, and strong customer interaction.

You will collaborate with the Supply Chain Services Manager and account teams to ensure inventory accuracy and reliable service delivery across client sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of experience in inventory management, distribution, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with vendor-managed inventory systems, vending machines, and general supply chain operations.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Direct restocking of vending machines, VMI cabinets, and toolcribs to meet standards.
• Assist onsite customers, resolving inventory or tool-related questions.
• Log and track inventory usage, restocks, and requests per procedures.
• Monitor KPIs with the manager to meet targets and improve service.
• Identify and address potential stockouts during fills with the team.
• Follow inventory protocols and report discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with managers to execute on-site operational initiatives.
