Job summary

Vallen USA is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Services Associate to manage inventory, restock vending machines and VMI cabinets, and collaborate with the account management team on-site at customer locations.

You will ensure accurate logging of inventory, adherence to service standards and overall customer satisfaction, supporting Vallen’s reputation for excellence in flexible supply chain solutions.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in inventory management, distribution or similar roles.
• Familiarity with vendor-managed inventory systems, vending machines and general supply chain operations.
• Service-oriented mindset with strong communication and customer focus.
• Ability to quickly assess inventory levels and provide solutions.
• Effective verbal communication in customer-facing environments.
• Team player who collaborates with both client and internal teams.
• Self-driven with a sense of responsibility to complete tasks on time.

Responsibilities

• Restock vending machines, VMI cabinets, and toolcribs to maintain set inventory levels.
• Assist onsite customers and resolve inventory or tool usage questions.
• Log and track inventory usage, restocks, and requests per procedures.
• Maintain awareness of KPI goals and collaborate with managers to achieve them.
• Identify potential stockouts and coordinate with managers to implement solutions.
• Adhere to inventory protocols, cycle counts, and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with managers to implement on-site operational strategies.
• Stay updated on inventory tools and best practices.
