Job summary

Trunk Space Storage is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Lucas, TX location. You will be the first point of contact for customers via video, phone, chat, and email across locations, and you must be physically at the Lucas store five days a week.

Responsibilities include driving store occupancy, handling inquiries about unit availability, pricing, rentals, and payments, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, call center, or sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable with computers, phone systems, and web-based tools.
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound video and phone calls, chats, and emails from current and prospective customers.
• Provide information about storage units, pricing, availability, and company policies.
• Assist customers with reservations, account questions, and payment processing.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and escalates when necessary.
• Follow scripts and company procedures to maintain consistency and compliance.
• Meet performance goals for customer satisfaction, response time, and productivity.
• Maintain accurate records in the company CRM and storage management systems.
