SecureSpace Management, LLC is hiring a Multi-Store Manager to oversee multiple self-storage locations. The role focuses on sales, customer acquisition, vendor management, and overall store performance while supporting district leadership.

You will help maintain brand standards, manage occupancy and collections, and lead a customer-service oriented team across sites. Opportunities for growth and competitive pay accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in storage, retail or hospitality.
• Multi-unit experience preferred but not required.
• Strong use of the English language in verbal and written communication.
• Customer service mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to identify maintenance, safety, and fire issues.
• Ability to operate roll-up doors for storage units.
• Frequent travel to assigned stores for shifts and support.

Responsabilités

• Exceed sales goals by promoting unit rentals, warranties, moving supplies, and securing positive reviews.
• Guide and assist new customers through the rental process for smooth transactions.
• Reach out to potential clients to confirm moving dates and secure units.
• Manage past due tenants and oversee lien/auction paperwork.
• Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients and meet their needs.
• Perform daily inspections for security, cleanliness, and upkeep; handle light maintenance.
• Communicate results and recommendations to Area Manager, District Manager and Leadership Team.
• Travel frequently to all locations for scheduled shifts and operational support.
• Be flexible with weekend and holiday work as needed.
