Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to be objective and detail-oriented.
• 2+ years of experience managing 100+ employees in a metric-driven environment.
• Background in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with the customer's organization and deliver exceptional service.
• Coordinate and forecast staffing requirements with the customer’s team.
• Facilitate new hire orientations and pre-training for assignments.
• Perform quality control to ensure customer satisfaction across levels.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports and share insights for improvement.
