Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent communication and administrative skills.
• Experience with background checks, I-9, and E-Verify.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Meet the temporary help and training needs of a major SURGE client.
• Deliver high quality service to the customer and temporary employees.
• Develop and retain business through outstanding customer service.
• Perform administrative tasks supporting quality service and performance.
• May supervise On-site Staffing Specialists.
