Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience or 3–5 years in customer service.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with background checks, I-9, and E-Verify.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Meet temporary help and training needs for a major client and match skills accordingly.
• Deliver high quality service to customers and temporary employees.
• Develop and retain business through outstanding customer service and relationships.
• Perform administrative tasks supporting the unit's mission.
• May supervise On-site Staffing Specialists as needed.
