Job summary

Staffmark Group in New Jersey is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to lead a shift for a major client. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, developing recruiting strategies, and ensuring continuous improvement to meet client quality standards.

You will work with the client team to forecast staffing, run orientations, and perform quality control, while delivering KPI reports and communicating findings for improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing 100 employees or more in a metric-driven environment.
• Ability to build relationships across all levels and deliver exceptional service.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships at all levels of the customer's organization and deliver exceptional service while handling inquiries and ensuring quality.
• Coordinate and forecast staffing requirements with the customer's team.
• Facilitate new hire orientations and pre-training for employees.
• Perform quality control to ensure customer satisfaction across the organization.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting and share insights for improvements.
