Peoplelink Group seeks an experienced Inside Program Manager to oversee an on-site staffing program for a client in Texas. You will lead day-to-day operations, build strong client partnerships, and drive performance within a collaborative, high-achieving team.

Responsibilities

  • Be the main client contact and develop staffing solutions.
  • Analyze hiring needs and deploy client-specific recruiting plans.
  • Assist HR reps and temporary employees with staffing needs through regular meetings.
  • Document candidate communications in the operational software system.
  • Create reports tracking weekly metrics, open orders, fill time, turnover, headcount, KPI’s.
  • May supervise and coach on-site team members.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Peoplelink Group is seeking anInside Program Manager to oversee our on-site staffing program for a valued client located in Uvalde, TX. In this role, you’ll lead day-to-day operations, foster strong client partnerships, and drive performance within a collaborative, high-achieving team. Schedule: Monday- Friday 6am-3pm and available for emergencies outside regular hours

Compensation: $55k-$65k

How You’ll Do It

You will be the main point of contact to the client and will partner to develop solutions to meet staffing needs.

  • Analyzes hiring needs, determines best standard recruiting methods, and creates/deploys client-specific and/or role-specific recruiting plans.
  • Assist HR representatives, supervisors or temporary employees with all temporary employment needs through ongoing client communication and regular meetings.
  • Establish strong working relationships with all HR representatives, supervisors, and temporary employees to develop trust and provide excellent customer service.
  • Responsible for documenting all candidate or associate communications into the operational software system.
  • Create and maintain multiple reports tracking and accurately demonstrating weekly metrics, open orders, fill time, turnover, headcount, KPI’s, and other reports as determined.
  • May supervise, train, mentor, and coach additional on-site team members.
  • All other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

This is an experienced hire role, and you’ll need to bring recruiting or HR experience.

  • Associate degree or High School degree (or equivalent) preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and recent, relevant industry experience.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office applications and advanced skills in Excel required
  • Knowledge and experience with general staffing HR/duties
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, must be a self-starter with a strong drive to succeed

Physical Requirements:To successfully perform the duties of this job, the staff associate is required to have the ability and skills sufficient to communicate and visit other offices, prospects and clients. In addition, the staff associate must have the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and manipulate light to medium weights of 10 – 50 pounds. Requires good hand/eye coordination, arm/hand/ finger dexterity including the ability to grasp and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate office equipment and read and write the application information. The staff associate is frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear.
