The role emphasizes KPI/SLA performance, ownership of recruitment outcomes, and building a high-performing onsite team delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients. Strong leadership and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective relationships with client contacts to foster growth and understand needs.
• Maintain high client satisfaction via surveys and reviews.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services including temporary and permanent placements.
• Lead recruitment team and ensure KPI/SLA achievement.
• Analyze data and trends to inform client strategy.
