• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support open requisitions.
• Qualify and place candidates to open requisitions.
• Support coordination of new hire orientation.
• Manage active headcount.
• Perform new hire backgrounds, drug screens, and timely onboarding.
• Support payroll hours submission.
• Perform/assist in employee terminations.
• Serve as main contact for hiring managers, client HR, and employees.
• Partner with client managers on recruiting/retention solutions.
• Evaluate staffing strategy and plans.
• Coaching, counseling, and mentoring.
• Performance reviews and attendance tracking.
• Manage client employee relations investigations with support, documentation, and guidance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Onsite Staffing Operations Manager — Mayfield, KYSchedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (flexibility required), plus Saturday or Sunday twice a monthReporting to the IWO Director, the Onsite Staffing Operations Manager manages client and employee relationships and oversees workforce operations at a client manufacturing facility — including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, workforce planning, retention initiatives, and client support.
