Job description

The Warehouse Onsite Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, hiring, and onboarding qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our warehouse operations. Operating onsite, this role collaborates closely with warehouse management to ensure adequate workforce levels, resolve staffing issues, and maintain high candidate quality and retention.

Must Haves:

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Flexible availability, typically 8 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday, and at least 2 hours on either Saturday or Sunday. Schedule may change during busy times.
• Willingness to answer emails and make calls in the evenings and on days off as needed.
• Good communication skills; professional, transparent, and courteous communication is essential.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or onsite roles.
• Proficiency with computers, especially Google Sheets and Excel.

On Site Responsibilities:

• Arrive at shift start time (between 5 am - 8 am) to orient new associates.
• Maintain employee records for SVMS and Swipejobs.
• Keep an accurate assignment roster and manage orders in Swipejobs and SVMS.
• Handle onboarding paperwork, conduct orientations, and upload documents to SVMS.
• Assist associates and clients with issues.
• Verify clock-ins and clock-outs, and submit weekly timecards for approval.
