Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in staffing leadership, experience with industrial recruiting, and comfort in hands-on operations. The position is on-site, 5 days a week, ensuring direct involvement in the workforce management process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of account management and/or staffing leadership experience.
• Proven background in industrial or manufacturing recruiting.
• Experience managing high-volume headcount independently.
• Strong client-facing experience with leadership and floor-level employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume industrial recruiting during an aggressive ramp period.
• Manage daily workforce operations including attendance and timekeeping.
• Serve as primary contact for client leaders and hiring managers.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding of contingent employees.
• Track KPIs and compliance metrics.
