Ōnin Staffing is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to manage staffing operations at our client site. You will supervise attendance, scheduling, and onboarding while ensuring safety and compliance. You will strengthen client relationships and drive performance through proactive staffing solutions.

• Experience in light industrial, manufacturing, or logistics environments.
• Proficient with G Suite and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily check-ins, attendance, and scheduling to meet client needs.
• Track time punches and maintain accurate records.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires.
• Conduct safety audits and assist with investigations as needed.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent with the branch team.
• Handle administrative tasks and reporting.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, and networking.
