Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to employees.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Management and HR.
• Assist with new-hire orientation and onboarding.
• Conduct regular warehouse walk-throughs to monitor performance and compliance.
• Communicate policies, procedures, and announcements to employees.
• Assist employees with questions regarding schedules, positions, and payroll.
• Maintain attendance records and prepare attendance reports.
