This full-time role requires reliability, organization, and strong interpersonal skills to serve as the main point of contact between our staffing company, employees, and the client.

You will handle attendance tracking, onboarding, scheduling, timekeeping, safety policy enforcement, and daily communication with warehouse supervisors.

Qualifications

• Previous staffing, recruiting, HR, warehouse, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check employees in and monitor daily attendance.
• Track call-outs, tardiness, no-shows, and headcount.
• Communicate daily with warehouse supervisors and management.
• Help coordinate schedules and replacement employees.
• Assist with employee onboarding and orientations.
• Address employee questions and workplace concerns.
• Monitor employee performance and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and attendance records.
• Assist with recruiting when additional employees are needed.
• Help ensure employees follow company and warehouse safety policies.
• Provide regular updates to staffing management.
