Qualifications

• MUST be bilingual English/Spanish, read/write/speak both languages.
• Experience supervising warehouse staff or temp workforce.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise temporary associates and ensure PPE compliance.
• Manage timekeeping and attendance reporting.
• Attend trainings and coordinate with client representatives.
• Serve as the primary contact between the agency and client.
• Handle administrative duties and maintain safety inspections daily.

The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess a strong sense of urgency, and demonstrate exceptional reliability and professionalism. In this role, you will communicate regularly with client representatives and associates to coordinate schedules, manage attendance, provide coaching and counseling, and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
