Job summary

EmployBridge, LLC is seeking a Temporary Onsite Warehouse Staffing Coordinator in Senatobia, MS to support seasonal demand on a 4-month contract. The role emphasizes day-to-day staffing operations, client and associate relations, onboarding, and timekeeping.

You will serve as the first point of contact for vendors and client contacts, coordinate onboarding documents, and run reports to identify workforce challenges, while assisting with safety and payroll processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6 months related experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues.
• Educates client on guidelines and sets expectations for handling employee issues.
• Ensures all employee issues are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion.
• Coordinates resolution of workforce issues with vendors and client partners and identifies risk areas.
• Delivers client customized new hire orientations.
• Collects and reviews onboarding documents for each employee prior to start.
• Runs reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges and escalates issues.
• Participates in client meetings about safety and operations and documents safety incidents.
• Processes payroll and tracks attendance, wage, and hour compliance.
