We are hiring a responsible and organized On-Site Staffing Coordinator to support our staffing operations at a warehouse in Port Wentworth, GA.

Pay: $18-$19/hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Part-Time

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor and verify daily employee attendance.
• Track clock-ins/outs, absences, leave requests, and tardiness.
• Provide on-site support to our employees.
• Communicate and coordinate with Warehouse Management and HR.
• Assist with new-hire orientation and onboarding.
• Conduct regular warehouse walk-throughs to monitor employee performance and compliance.
• Communicate policies, procedures, and important announcements to employees.
• Assist employees with questions regarding schedules, positions, and payroll.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and reports
• Prepare and send attendance and operational reports to Human Resources and our Administration team
