Job summary

ERC Staff in Suwanee, GA is seeking an Onsite Staffing Coordinator to manage employees at one warehouse client location. This full-time role requires reliability, organization, and strong interpersonal skills to serve as the main point of contact between our staffing company, employees, and the client.

You will handle attendance tracking, onboarding, scheduling, timekeeping, safety policy enforcement, and daily communication with warehouse supervisors.

Qualifications

• Previous staffing, recruiting, HR, warehouse, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check employees in and monitor daily attendance.
• Track call-outs, tardiness, no-shows, and headcount.
• Communicate daily with warehouse supervisors and management.
• Help coordinate schedules and replacement employees.
• Assist with employee onboarding and orientations.

• Maintain accurate timekeeping and attendance records.

** Pay:** $18.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Onsite Staffing Coordinator to manage employees at one of our warehouse client locations in Suwanee, GA.

This position will be the main point of contact between our staffing company, our employees, and the client. We need someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and handling day-to-day employee needs.

Compensation
