Job summary

Southland Employment Services is seeking an On-Site Coordinator to coordinate staff and personnel at the client site in Columbus, OH. Shift is Monday–Friday. Pay is $19 per hour with weekly pay.

Responsibilities include attendance tracking, backfilling, recruiting staff, ensuring safety rules, daily communication with the corporate office, and delivering excellent service to clients and employees. Must speak English and Spanish; warehouse environment; in-person work.

Qualifications

• Must speak English and Spanish.
• Reliability and dependable work ethic.
• Previous experience in a Customer Service role.
• Comfortable in a warehouse environment; standing/walking for long periods.
• Work location: in person.

Responsibilities

• Take attendance daily, ensuring production lines are fully staffed.
• Backfill missing staff as needed by Supervisors.
• Recruit and hire staff meeting client requirements.
• Explain and enforce safety rules and procedures.
• Communicate daily with the Corporate office.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and employees.
• Use MS Excel, Word, and Outlook for coordinating staff and reporting.
