Job summary

Manpower is seeking an Onsite Coordinator to join our team. This role works onsite at our client location, serving as the liaison between Manpower and our financial services client to ensure smooth day-to-day operations related to workforce management.

The position supports client needs, manages temporary employees, onboards new associates, completes daily staffing and maintains high levels of service and compliance. Some Saturdays may be required during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and able to learn new software applications.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily staffing for the client.
• Keep up to date records of associate compliances.
• Onboard new associates in preparation for peak.
• Daily maintenance of tracking spreadsheets.
• Monitor employee performance and address issues such as attendance, conduct, and productivity.
• Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure timely placement of qualified candidates.
• Ability to work some Saturdays during peak timeframe.
