MSC Industrial Supply Co. seeks an Onsite Solutions Specialist at a large strategic account in Seattle, WA. You will deliver exceptional service, assist with procurement and order placement, and manage MSC ControlPoint Solutions (Vending, VMI, Crib) to drive value and satisfaction.

In this role you will collaborate with the account team, source products with vendors, prepare quotes, and support Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to improve customer operations and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist with procurement and order placement for customers.
• Manage MSC ControlPoint Solutions (Vending, VMI, Crib).
• Determine optimal sourcing strategies to drive savings.
• Participate in customer plant or production meetings and Lean/Six Sigma events.
• Collaborate with the account team to maximize satisfaction and revenue.
• Resolve on-site product and service issues with sales-related solutions.
• Provide service aligned with MSC standards to ensure retention.
• Communicate customer concerns to management for resolution.
• Work with vendors to source products, prepare quotes, and train staff.
• Promote MSC culture and participate in special projects.
