Job summary

ProSolar Florida in Carolina, Puerto Rico is seeking a dedicated Solar PV Field Service Support to join our team. You will assist in maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of solar PV systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include assisting technicians with installation and repair, diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues, documenting work, and managing parts inventory.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of field construction experience preferred, PV design/installation or PV electrical background helpful.
• Must be 21+ years old and hold a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of solar PV systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Troubleshooting: identify and resolve issues related to electrical and mechanical components.
• Communicate service procedures and address customer questions.
• Maintain records of service activities, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Help manage and track inventory of parts and supplies.
