Job summary

ProSolar in Carolina, Puerto Rico is seeking a dedicated PV Field Service Support to join our team. You will assist in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of solar PV systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

The role involves assisting technicians, identifying and resolving performance issues, communicating clearly with customers, and maintaining service records while adhering to safety protocols. Weekend and OT may be required.

Qualifications

• PV design/installation or PV electrical experience preferred.
• Minimum one year of field construction experience.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of solar PV systems.
• Troubleshoot system performance, addressing electrical and mechanical issues.
• Explain service procedures to customers and answer questions.
• Maintain records of service activities, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Help manage inventory of parts and supplies for service operations.
• Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned and/or directed.
