Job summary

Invenergy is seeking an on-site Solar O&M Technician to oversee the PV plant (>30 MW) and BESS (>100 MWh) operations. You will monitor real-time plant performance, coordinate with CENACE, and lead contractor activities with a focus on safety and reliability.

The role requires knowledge of electrical systems, PV/BESS maintenance, and strong communication skills in English. Flexibility for rotating shifts and physical work is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with high/low voltage electrical systems.
• Knowledge of PV systems and BESS installations.
• Ability to interpret single-line diagrams.
• Experience with industrial communications (Modbus, TCP/IP, Ethernet).
• Familiarity with maintenance strategies (predictive, preventive, corrective).
• Ability to use PPE and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant operations in real time.
• Maintain communication with CENACE.
• Operate a PV power plant (>30 MW) and BESS (>100 MWh).
• Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance.
• Supervise contractors.
• Manage inventory.
• Prepare operational and maintenance reports.
• Manage work orders and reports in the EAM system.
