Job summary

Renewable Energy Partners Inc is seeking a Solar and Battery O&M Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure reliable performance of solar PV and BESS assets. You will work with project managers, construction leadership, and procurement/engineering teams to optimize uptime and safety.

The role requires 5–8 years in O&M of commercial PV or battery storage, with strong SCADA and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

5–8 years of hands-on O&M experience with commercial PV or BESS assets.
Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, BESS, inverters, and electrical codes.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily O&M operations for solar and battery assets, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
Manage new 3rd party O&M inquiries, proposals, and vendor relationships to grow the O&M division.
Coordinate SCREC sales with WREGIS, aggregators, and customers, with accounting involvement as needed.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to optimize performance and reduce downtime.
Diagnose and resolve faults in electrical, mechanical, and SCADA systems, and address issues promptly.
Lead 1–2 technicians, provide training, and enforce safety standards and procedures.
Monitor performance data using SCADA and other platforms, identify optimization opportunities.
Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance logs within budget constraints.
Ensure compliance with NEC, NESC, OSHA, environmental regulations, and contracts.
Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate records of O&M activities.
