Job summary

Alliance Health at Baldwinville, a 94-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Baldwinville, MA, seeks a full-time onsite AR Billing Office Manager. You will coordinate billing, collections, PNA records, cash postings, banking, and month-end processing, and back up Admissions as needed.

Experience in SNF/LTCH billing and proficiency with Medicare A&B, MA Medicaid, and private pay is required. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a stable not-for-profit environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as business office manager in a SNF or LTCH healthcare setting.
• Working knowledge of Medicare A&B, MA Medicaid, HMO and SCO Billing, private insurances, PNA and Private pay collections, PNA, Cash Postings.
• Solid mathematical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the office function including billing, collections, PNA record keeping, and cash postings.
• Handle banking, month-end processing, and provide backup support to Admissions Department.
• Collaborate with families, SSA offices, and MA Health offices; maintain confidentiality.
