Alliance Health Management Services is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our centralized AR team in Massachusetts. The role involves posting cash, managing billing collections, and coordinating with families and Medicaid consultants.

Training will be provided; salary ranges from $55,000 to $80,000 based on experience. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in long-term inpatient billing (SNF/LTACH/Hospice) and is proficient with Excel and AR systems such as MatrixCare, MMIS, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in long-term inpatient billing (SNF/LTACH/Hospice).
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid billing and related payer types.
• Proficiency in Excel and AR systems; able to post cash and generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with families and staff to resolve accounts.
• Liaise between families and Medicaid consultants.
• Post cash receipts and apply payments.
• Manage all billing collections activities.
• Monitor census data and related metrics.
• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Utilize Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Operate MatrixCare, MMIS, DDE, and Inovalon systems.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIAILISTS WANTED!!!!

Alliance Health Management Services is looking for an energetic, reliable person to join the AR Team. We would be willing to train the right candidate, and salary is based on experience: $55k - $80k. Health Insurance, Vacation time, Sick time and other benefits are available.

We have multiple locations across Massachusetts working in the Billing and Collections area. This will be a centralized position and therefore the position could be managed from one of the following locations:

• Southborough
• Wrentham
• Foxboro

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience in Long Term inpatient SNF, LTACH or Hospice Billing

• Medicare
• Medicaid
• SCO’s
• HMO/PPO/Medicare Advantage

The duties will include working in a business office:

• Work with families and other staff members
• Liaison between Families and Medicaid Consultants
• Post Cash
• Handling all aspects of the billing collections
• Census
• PNA
• Monthly Reports
• Working in Excel
• MatrixCare
• MMIS, DDE,
• Inovalon
