Alliance Health Management Services in Southborough is seeking an Accounts Receivable Biller for a hybrid billing role supporting SNF and outpatient operations. The position requires knowledge of MA Medicaid, Medicare A & B, HMO and commercial billing, and at least three years of medical billing experience.

The role involves census, cash posting, billing, collections, appeals, month-end processing, and liaising with MA Health and MCD Consultants.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in medical billing; SNF, Hospice, or LTACH billing preferred.
• Knowledge of MA Medicaid in SNF setting, Medicare A & B, HMO and Commercial billing.

Responsibilities

• Census; cash posting; billing; collections; appeals; PNA; month end processing; family calls; liaison with MA Health and MCD Consultants.
• OP tasks: Rebills; cash posting; month end.
