Job summary

Alliance Health Management Services is seeking an Accounts Receivable Biller for a hybrid billing role in a centralized Southborough location. The role will manage AR for a 70-bed SNF and an Outpatient Office, handling census, postings, billing, collections, and month-end routines.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in medical billing (SNF/Hospice/LTACH preferred), knowledge of MA Medicaid, Medicare A & B, HMO and commercial billing, and proficiency with billing software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in medical billing (SNF/Hospice/LTACH) preferred.
• Experience with MA Medicaid, Medicare A&B, HMO, Commercial billing; proficient in billing software.

Responsibilities

• Census, cash posting, billing, collections, appeals, PNA, month-end processing; liaison with MA Health & MCD Consultants.
• Rebill, cash postings and month-end for outpatient services.

Alliance at Marina Bay is a 167 bed long and short-term facility. We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional for the position of AR Biller

Alliance Health Management Services is a growing health care organization that is looking for an AR Biller for a hybrid billing position in a centralized location in Southborough.This position will manage the AR for a 70 bed SNF and an Outpatient Office.

The duties for this position will include but are not limited to:

SNF

• Census, cash posting, billing, collections, appeals, PNA, month end processing, family phone calls, liaison between MA Health and MCD Consultants handling the application process.

OP

• Rebills and cash posting and month end.

The qualified candidate will be a self-starter that can multitask, be proficient in billing and with billing software, collections, have knowledge of MA Medicaid in the SNF setting, Medicare A & B, HMO and Commercial billing.3-years’ experience in a medical billing setting – SNF, Hospice or LTACH billing preferred.This person would also be honest, hardworking and a team player.
