The role involves census, cash posting, billing, collections, appeals, month-end processing, and liaising with MA Health and MCD Consultants.

Accounts Receivable Biller

Alliance at Marina Bay is a 167 bed long and short-term facility. We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional for the position of AR Biller.

Alliance Health Management Services is a growing health care organization that is looking for an AR Biller for a hybrid billing position in a centralized location in Southborough. This position will manage the AR for a 70 bed SNF and an Outpatient Office.

The duties for this position will include but are not limited to:

SNF

• Census
• cash posting
• billing
• collections
• appeals
• PNA
• month end processing
• family phone calls
• liaison between MA Health and MCD Consultants handling the application process.

OP

• Rebills
• cash posting
• month end.

The qualified candidate will be a self-starter that can multitask, be proficient in billing and with billing software, collections, have knowledge of MA Medicaid in the SNF setting, Medicare A & B, HMO and Commercial billing. 3-years’ experience in a medical billing setting – SNF, Hospice or LTACH billing preferred. This person would also be honest, hardworking and a team player.
