Job summary

Responsibilities include reporting to the Onsite Services Supervisor, collaborating with teammates, and ensuring timely copy request processing. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required. Strong communication and multi-tasking skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the needs outlined in the customer contact while ensuring positive customer experience and client satisfaction.
• Leverage appropriate technology and office equipment to complete projects, escalating service repairs when applicable.
• Ensure appropriate inventory supplies in order to meet project needs.
• Anticipate and correct problems within area of operation.
• Report on program operations to Onsite Services Supervisor or appropriate leadership.
• Collaborate with team members on special requests for respective area.
• Support and monitor copy requests: complete requests with a defined timeline.
