Job summary

W. W. Grainger, Inc. is a leading distributor with operations in North America and Japan. The Supervisor Onsite Services leads a team delivering KeepStock services and drives customer value in a defined geography.

The role focuses on coaching 4–9 Onsite Representatives, managing KeepStock offerings, and partnering with Sales to achieve growth while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail, manufacturing, or industrial leadership.
• Understanding of P&L concepts.
• Situational leadership in a matrix environment.
• Experience building partnerships and teams.
• Strength in process improvement, ownership and project management.

Responsibilities

• Coach a team of 4–9 Onsite Representatives and Specialists to manage customer accounts and stock.
• Select, coach, and retain a diverse team.
• Model Grainger values and foster positive team member engagement.
• Manage KeepStock projects to improve productivity and profitability.
• Ensure proper solutions and resources are deployed to customers.
• Partner with the sales team to exceed growth expectations and ROI.
• Maintain customer relationships and coordinate with Sales & Branch teams.
• Build an internal KeepStock advocate network with Local CS, Sales, Supply Chain and Consulting teams.
