is hiring an Onsite Services Specialist to support KeepStock, perform on-site machine maintenance, and manage inventory projects for customers. You will train customers and assist in pre-implementation and implementation processes, adapting to diverse customer environments. The role requires at least 3 years in customer service or warehouse work, a high school diploma, problem-solving skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in customer service or warehouse environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Technical skills and experience solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory management and KeepStock executions at customer sites.
• Perform machine break/fix activities for different machines at the customer's site.
• Implement territory work related to customer inventory projects.
• Perform data collection to direct the KeepStock implementation process.
• Assist customers with staging, labeling and organizing products at a customer site.
• Cover PTO and route-based responsibilities when needed.
• Complete product relocation and discontinuation process.
