• Coach a team of 4-9 Onsite Representatives and Specialists; develop talent and culture.
• Collaborate with Sales, Branch, and Customer Service to identify opportunities and drive growth.
• Oversee KeepStock projects to improve productivity and ROI for client sites.
• Ensure resources and solutions are aligned to customer needs and service levels.
• Foster internal partnerships with Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain.
